No page rank update for 7 months time to bake a cake.
I believe to have a good listing on google for the cakes that I offer I need links and Page Rank, I spoke to a couple of Internet marketing companies and they informed me that there has not been a Page rank update for 7 months, I may still have a chance of getting a good page rank.
After digging deeper it looks like google regularly updates page rank every three or four months, (source http://www.seothegame.com/toolbar-pagerank-update-history) and the longest gap looks like 5 months starting back in May 2009 and finally updating at the end of October 2009 so is google doing the same this year but stretching it out longer?
Either way I have been experimenting with a few different cake designs to celebrate when the page rank update finally happens.
They are not the best but it was just a bit of early morning Sunday fun with a few friends.

Haha, I love the cake!
From reading at various blogs and forums about pagerank I have concluded that it is completely over rated. Even Google state not to worry about it.
If you are getting increases in traffic every month, then that is a better indicator that you are doing something right!
