I have always had a real passion for food. This probably stems from my childhood when we would always gravitate towards the kitchen, I am a true subscriber to the concept of the ‘kitchen being the heart and hub of the family home’. It’s where I go to relax and unwind after a stressful day at work and there is nothing nicer to me than the sweet, comforting aroma of home baking filling the kitchen on a rainy Sunday afternoon.
The market has been saturated with the mass produced, synthetic tasting cakes & pastries that fill our supermarket shelves & the taste of proper homemade cakes forgotten. I decided to create Becky’s Home Baked Cakes to remember the joy & taste of true home baking.
